We would like to thank you for your assistance and pass along our appreciation to the office of Robert Patrick. Once we copied Tara into the long email chain to a multiple of people, we miraculously received the permit the same day. I also received phone calls from quite a few different staff members following up to ensure we received the email with the permit and didn’t have any issues downloading and printing, etc. This was a first. I have been pulling permits in Dekalb County for over 11 years and no one has ever called me with a follow up to ensure I received their email. They normally don’t even return phone calls must less initiate them. We do appreciate the assistance.
